More than 100 participants have already registered to participate in the IX edition of the Santiago del Teide Solidarity Night Race to be held on January 22 from 7:00 p.m. and organized by the Santiago del Teide City Council in collaboration with the Hotel Landmar Costa Los Gigantes.
This test consists of two travel distances, one of 6.5 km and the other of 4.5 km. In addition, from 6:00 p.m., there will be races for boys and girls with distances of 200, 500 and 1,000 meters.
Registrations for the 6.5 and 4.5 km races as well as for the children’s races will be made online, through the web:www.canaryrun.com, with a price of € 10 (only the distances of 4.5 and 6.5 km). which will be allocated, in its entirety, to the municipal Social Services.
Both routes (4.5 and 6.5 km) are totally urban, whose start and finish line will be outside the Landmar Costa Los Gigantes hotel. Different categories will be established for both male and female distance, obtaining the first three classified of the different categories, gender and distance a medal and both the first three classified of the general as well as the local classification of each distance, will win a trophy.
All people who wish to do so, whether they are federated or not, without distinction of sex or nationality, may participate in both distances, as long as they are 14 years old or over on the day of the race and do not suffer from any disease that disables them for this kind of event. competition.
Minors will have to present a parental authorization that they must download from the page and deliver it duly completed by their parents attaching the photocopy of the ID of the father / mother or legal guardian in the area enabled for the collection of numbers on the day of the race.
The numbers will be delivered on the same day of the event in the parking lot of the Landmar Costa Los Gigantes hotel, from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
