The fourth court of Santa Cruz de Tenerife has wrapped up the investigation into a second case stemming from the alleged corruption scandal known as the ‘Mediator case’. This involves purported extortion of farmers facing legal issues, orchestrated by former deputy Juan Bernardo Fuentes Curbelo (PSOE) alongside Taishet Fuentes, the former Director of Livestock for the Canary Islands Government.
