Tenerife Collision Leaves Two Injured in Vehicle Crash

Two individuals have sustained moderate injuries following a collision between two vehicles, one of which overturned, on the southern motorway of Tenerife in the vicinity of the municipality of Arico, as reported by the Emergency and Security Coordinating Centre (Cecoes) 112.

Firefighters responded to the incident, securing the damaged vehicles, while personnel from the Canary Islands Emergency Service (SUC) attended to the two victims, who had already exited the cars.

The individuals affected include a man and a woman, both of whom suffered moderate multiple contusions, and were transported in a sanitised ambulance from the SUC to the Nuestra Señora de la Candelaria University Hospital.

Additionally, the Civil Guard managed traffic on the highway and prepared the necessary report, while personnel from the Road Maintenance Service conducted cleaning operations on the roadway.
