Casa Lola to Transform into a Versatile Community Hub in 18 Months

The iconic Casa Lola, situated in the municipality of Guía de Isora, is set to be converted into a concert venue, alongside other functions, following a project valued at 13 million euros that has recently been awarded by the Tenerife Cabildo. The company Construcciones Felipe Méndez SL will carry out the renovations, after the tender process, for the specified sum and a timeline of 18 months.
