The Canary Islands Housing Institute (ICAVI) has released a resolution that officially endorses the drafting of a project for the realisation of 17 publicly promoted protected residences in Arguayo, located within the municipality of Santiago del Teide (Tenerife).
This initiative, which will take place on a site positioned along the TF-375 highway, is part of the Canary Islands Housing Plan aimed at encouraging the construction of protected residences to assist those unable to buy a home in the free market, as stated by the Regional Government’s Department of Public Works, Housing and Mobility.
The project, which has an estimated budget of 2,920,217.67 euros and an anticipated execution duration of 18 months, includes the building of a residential structure with garage facilities.

Additionally, the public entity Visocan is actively building 100 dwellings in Santa Cruz, 7 in La Orotava and 52 in Icod de los Vinos.
Using EU Next Generation funds, ICAVI has commissioned the preparation of a project for the construction of 60 properties in Arona, 45 in Adeje and 24 in Guía de Isora.
