Today, the Plaza Buganvilla de Los Gigantes in Santiago del Teide will host an attempt to set the record for the largest nougat in Spain. Chefs and patissiers from the Association of Cooks and Pastry Chefs (Acyre), along with local residents, visitors, and gastronomic journalists will commence their preparations at 10:00 am.
