A man has passed away after being struck by a vehicle on the northern motorway Tenerife, as reported this Saturday by the Emergency and Security Coordinating Centre (CECOES) 1-1-2 of the Canary Islands Government.
At approximately 6:24 a.m., a phone call informed 1-1-2 that an individual had been run over on the northern motorway, heading north, within the municipality of La Laguna.
The necessary emergency services were promptly activated, and upon arrival, the medical staff confirmed the fatality of the individual due to the severity of their injuries.
