Beginning this weekend, Metrotenerife will introduce special festive services throughout December, enhancing the frequency of Tram Line 1 every Saturday and Sunday of the month, including the first Saturday in January.
Consequently, trams on Line 1 will operate during peak hours with intervals of 8 and 10 minutes on Saturdays and Sundays, respectively.
This Saturday the 14th, along with December 21 and 28 and January 4, Line 1 will provide a tram frequency of every 8 minutes per stop from 12:00 to 20:00, while Line 2 trams will run every 16 minutes. On Sundays, the 15th, 22nd, and 29th, the intervals will be 10 minutes on Line 1 and 15 minutes on Line 2 during busy hours between 12:00 and 20:00. In addition to these enhancements, trams will continue to operate on both lines with the usual weekend schedules and frequencies.
