The Costa Martiánez leisure complex, located in Puerto de la Cruz, reopens today the Los Alisios pools, along with all the bars and cafés operated by the public company Pamarsa at this renowned facility. This reopening signifies an important milestone in the city’s entertainment and recreational offerings, aimed at providing both locals and visitors with a comprehensive and enjoyable experience.
The Los Alisios pools have undergone extensive refurbishment that included the upkeep of the engine room and the repair of the faulty Los Alisios suction system. With these enhancements, the swimming areas are expected to deliver a safe and pleasant environment for leisure and relaxation under the climate of Puerto de la Cruz. Furthermore, following the recent reopening of the terrace bar, other establishments are now being added, such as the Los Alisios restaurant and the La Isla bar, among others situated in the tourist zone.
The opening hours are set from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and all necessary safety and hygiene protocols will be implemented to ensure the health and well-being of both users and employees.
The mayor, the conservative Leopoldo Afonso, expressed his excitement regarding the reopening yesterday: “We are delighted to reopen the Los Alisios pools, an iconic bathing area for the city. With the upgrades, we not only guarantee a more enjoyable experience but also reinforce our commitment to the quality and safety of public spaces.”
