Tenerife Interurban Transport (Titsa), a service provided by the Tenerife Council, promotes the use of bus services to attend the Full Moon 2024 event, taking place this weekend, from October 4 to 6, in the capital of Tenerife.
The company emphasises that throughout the weekend, passengers can utilise the urban routes connecting to the heart of Santa Cruz, such as the 914, which provides a central loop connecting the Interchanger, Avenida 3 de mayo, La Salle, Méndez Núñez, El Pilar, Villalva Hervás, Plaza de España, and back to the Interchanger. The 904 connects Plaza Weyler, Barrio La Salud, and Cuesta Piedra, while the 906 serves the La Salud to Interchanger route. The 905 operates along Ofra, Méndez Núñez, and Muelle Norte, and the 919 links Barrio La Salud to the Interchanger via Barranco Santos. The 910 connects San Andrés to the Interchanger, and the 908 follows the route from Ofra to Somosierra, Chamberí, and the Interchanger.
Additionally, the night routes of the urban service in the capital will also be operational: 970 (Interchanger to San Andrés), 971 (Interchanger to Barrio La Salud and Ofra), 972 (Interchanger to Barrio La Salud and Cuesta Piedra), 974 (Interchanger to Taco-Añaza-Santa María del Mar), and 975 (Interchanger to Tincer and La Gallega).
The company further highlights that the standard night departures will also run, including 014 and 015 (Santa Cruz de Tenerife to La Laguna Interchange), 104 (Santa Cruz de Tenerife to Puerto de la Cruz Interchange), and 711 (Santa Cruz to Los Cristianos-Costa Adeje Station Interchange).
Routes 122 (Santa Cruz to Caletillas and Candelaria Interchange) and 232 (Santa Cruz to Taco-El Cardonal-La Gallega Interchange) will see additional services running during peak hours between 10:15 p.m. and 1:15 a.m.
These night services will stop outside the Interchange, which closes at 11:30 p.m. and is situated opposite the Courts.
Moreover, in honour of Plenilunio, Titsa has introduced a promotion wherein parking at the Interchanger in the capital, which offers 1,421 spaces and operates 24 hours a day, will be complimentary for four hours when used in conjunction with a bus or tram ride. To take advantage of this offer, passengers must use the bus with a Ten+ card on any of the urban buses in Santa Cruz or other company routes upon leaving their vehicle in the car park.
The remaining parking time will incur the standard weekend rate of 1.5 euros per hour.
