They do it because half a year after the fact (occurred when the socialist mayor was alderman) they have not returned home, when they let them know that they would do it in four months; because in this period Costas has informed them of the demolition of their homesand because it does not respond to whether the document they received from the local police has any validity – it does not have a letterhead or is signed – urging them to leave the neighborhood.

At the previous point on the agenda, and with the abstention of Councilor Beatriz Perdomo (thus breaking the voting discipline of the PSOE and the local government), the Plenary agreed to draft a project for a part of the stabilization works of the slope of the neighborhood of Santa Lucía-Los Barrancos, on the coast of Agache. It so happens that these works have already been carried out and that there was also an extra cost compared to what was awarded.
