“Canarian Airports Prepare for 1,198 Flights on Summer’s Final Return Day”

The Aena airport network within the Canary Islands is set to facilitate a total of 3,689 flights during the summer return operation, occurring from this Friday, August 30, through to Sunday, September 1. This figure reflects a 5.5% increase compared to the equivalent timeframe in 2023, as indicated by data shared with Europa Press by the airport authority. Furthermore, it is highlighted that there will be 1,198 flights scheduled for this Sunday.
