Tacoronte City Council plans to allocate 160,000 euros for the acquisition of the derelict La Rotonda building, situated in Mesa del Mar. This purchasing initiative is backed by a financial plan that was sanctioned in October 2023 by the local authority, following the final valuation of the property conducted by the municipal architect.
