The City Council of La Laguna will implement several traffic disruptions and road closures on Monday, 5th August, to carry out improvements on the sanitation system in the vicinity of Plaza del Cristo and other nearby streets.
The project is scheduled to last around ten days and will necessitate the complete closure of the segment connecting Nava and Grimón streets with Quintín Benito street, the latter being included in the traffic-restricted zone.
Additionally, there will be partial closures at the intersection of Las Peras road with Padre Adán Canónigo de la Iglesia Catedral street, and at the beginning of Tabares de Cala road.
Nevertheless, access will be permitted to the owners of the garages on the affected streets and to the professionals of the municipal market who usually park at the end of Las Peras road. The entrance to the underground car park in Plaza de El Cristo will remain unaffected.
The City Council of La Laguna requests the assistance of citizens in following the signs and directions given by workers on-site to manage traffic redirection and ensure access to the garages.
