SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE, 25 Jul. (EUROPA PRESS) –
A 56-year-old cyclist was moderately hurt after a car accident in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, as reported by the Canary Islands 112 Emergency and Security Coordination Centre.
The incident took place on Wednesday afternoon on the TF-12 road, near the San Andrés football field in the capital of Tenerife. Emergency staff from the Canary Islands Emergency Service (SUC) attended the scene and confirmed that the cyclist suffered moderate thoracic injuries. Consequently, he was taken by ambulance to the Nuestra Señora de la Candelaria University Hospital.
Civil Guard officers also responded to the scene and began the necessary procedures.
