Elvira Sastre, Monstruo Espagueti, Mel Ömana and Sofía Privitera lead the Forum of Opinions in Candelaria that, organized by the City Council of Candelaria in the Old Cinema Cultural Space, will take place next Saturday, at 8:00 p.m., on the occasion of 25N, International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women. The four creators fight against sexist violence and for gender equality through their artistic manifestations.
Elvira Sastre is one of the most important contemporary poets on the national scene and with great repercussion in other Spanish-speaking countries; the illustrator Monstruo Espaghetti (Anastasia Bengoechea), is widely recognized nationally and has recently been named among the most important creative entrepreneurs in Spain by Forbes magazine, while Mel Ömama stands out as a singer, songwriter and revelation activist in the Archipelago and Sofia Privitera as a Canarian actress, producer and screenwriter.
After the round table, Mel Ömana will offer a concert to close the event.
