
The enormous population growth of the Island, the tourist boom and the increase in the number of cars, among other causes, have left Tenerife’s highways on the brink of collapse, especially in the highway of the North and in the zone of Guaza in the South. This situation is the subject of debate Tenerife Roads Forum and the future of mobility, organized by Prensa Ibérica, publishing company of the newspaper El Día / La Opinión de Tenerife, with the sponsorship of the Carreteras del Island Council of Tenerife.
