SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE, 3 Jul. (EUROPA PRESS) –
The Public Services, Health and Environmental Sustainability department of the Santa Cruz de Tenerife City Council has announced the reopening of access number 8 to Las Teresitas Beach following favourable water quality analyses. This decision permits beachgoers to once again enjoy this section and go for a swim.
Today, the Health Inspection Service and Laboratory of the Tenerife Health Area of the Canary Islands Health Service (SCS) communicated the results of the latest water analyses. These results have displayed normal parameters, indicating improved water quality after contamination was detected during routine studies conducted by the same service yesterday.
It is emphasised by the Council that regular water sampling and inspections are conducted by municipal staff to ensure that the beach meets the necessary standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety for visitors to enjoy a pleasant bathing experience.
