SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE, 1st July (EUROPA PRESS) –
On Monday at 7:00 p.m., the ‘MAX Awards’ ceremony for theatre and performing arts will take place at the Tenerife Auditorium ‘Adán Martín’. The gala will include a special tribute to the Tenerife playwright, Ángel Guimerá, marking the centenary of his passing.
The two-hour gala will capture some of Guimerá’s poems, desires, fears, and dreams on the Auditorium stage. The show is directed by José Padilla and features a purely Canarian team including choreographer Paula Quintana, costume director Yaiza Pinillos, characterization by Rayco, scenography by Príamo Estudio (Eduardo Moreno and Pau Fullana), and musical direction by composer José Pablo Polo.
