A 43-year-old man who had an accident while climbing in the town of Tacoronte, Tenerife, was rescued by the Emergency and Security Group (GES) helicopter on Saturday, as reported by the 112 Emergency and Security Coordination Centre.
The incident took place on Mesa del Mar beach, and due to the inaccessible location of the victim, the GES helicopter was mobilised for the rescue operation that saw the man evacuated to the La Guancha helipad.
