A 22-year-old young person lost their life during Monday afternoon in a road accident that took place in the municipality of Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
The fatal victim was riding a large displacement motorcycle and collided with a car in the Taco area, as explained by the sources consulted. The deceased person was identified as K.O.B.
The incident occurred shortly after 18:00 on the Southern main road (TF-28), heading towards Barranco Grande, at the height of San Mauricio Street.
The young motorcyclist, riding a Yamaha XJ6, collided with a Citroën C2, driven by another 23-year-old.
Local Police officers from Santa Cruz de Tenerife, a basic ambulance and another advanced life support unit, National Police officers and road maintenance personnel all attended the scene of the traffic accident.
