The International Fashion Fair closed its doors with a tribute to the late master hairdresser Franko. Before that, the brands Tenerife Moda Nok, Roselinde, and Hammerhoj wrapped up four intense days of runway shows at the Santa Cruz Fairground,
The Tenerife County Council brought the curtains down on days of commercial activity, as well as presentations of new collections, with a posthumous tribute to the figure of legendary hairdresser, Franko. The island’s Education and Employment councillor, Efraín Medina, accompanied by Industry councillor, Manuel Fernández, presented the stylist’s daughter with a commemorative graffiti that will be donated to the capital municipality. Following this, a video in his memory was screened, after which the Live Hairdressing Show in the Black Box began.
The last day of the Fair featured a runway show by specialised brands in jewellery and accessories Nok, Roselinde, and Hammerhoj Design, affiliated with Tenerife Moda. They presented their proposals for the upcoming season, showcasing necklaces, earrings, bracelets, handbags, and footwear that shone brightly on the runway overseen by Daniel Pages.
After the show ended, the Black Box transformed into a grand hairdressing salon with Esteban Emmanuel’s live show, global ambassador of Live Fashion Hair. The Franko Hairdresser Hair and Beauty Fair featured over 50 hairdressing, barbering, beauty, tattoo, and body painting exhibitors, among other disciplines, showcasing the latest trends to industry professionals. Additionally, a specific area was set up for a New Style makeover, where activities aimed at the general public unfolded, alongside decorated nail and barbering battles or demonstrations by young talents, among other activities.
