This Saturday, June 8, Santa Cruz de Tenerife will be buzzing with excitement as it hosts the Free Comic Book Day celebration. More than a dozen activities will take place in various establishments along Ramon y Cajal street.
Businesses in the area have come together to offer seminars, workshops, talks, and a delightful tapas route for all attendees to enjoy.
From 10:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., comic enthusiasts can rejoice as free copies of their favourite comics will be distributed throughout the day.
Exciting Activities at Comic Book Day in Santa Cruz
Participating in the day’s events are:
- Comic Store: Offering discounts and a cosplay photography activity
- Comic and Dungeons: Featuring discounts on Hama products, workshops on miniature painting, and the latest drawing trend, diamond dotz
- Caligula Studio: Hosting a challenge to find the best tattoo artist and providing talks about the world of tattoos
- Cultural Association of Collecting Making Nostalgia: Organising a thrilling Pacman tournament
- Maragá Stationery: Showcasing the artist Aythami Cruz’s signature and hosting a painting workshop
Additionally, artists like Paulooba_Art will display and sell their creations to the public on Ramón y Cajal Street, along with book signings by Riker and Edward T.

The day’s festivities also include a delightful tapas route.
