SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE, 31st May. (EUROPA PRESS) –
A 14-year-old adolescent has been moderately hurt following a head-on collision between two cars at the exit of the picnic area in Llano Los Viejos, La Laguna (Tenerife), according to the information provided by the Emergency and Security Coordinating Center 112 of the Canary Islands.
The incident took place on Thursday afternoon on the TF-12 highway, at the exit of the mentioned picnic spot. The Emergency Service of the Canary Islands (SUC) responded to the location to attend to the teenage boy, who initially suffered moderate head injuries. He was then transported by ambulance to Hospiten Rambla.
Additionally, two other individuals with minor injuries were also treated and taken to the same hospital.
Personnel from the Road Maintenance Service of the Cabildo de Tenerife were present at the site to clean the road after the incident. Civil Guard officers conducted the necessary investigation.
