Santa Cruz de Tenerife is once again introducing the Consumer Vouchers in the city, aiming to stimulate the economy and provide support to local businesses and eateries.
This fourth edition will feature two categories of vouchers: one for businesses and dining establishments in general, and another exclusive one for La Rosa Street to aid establishments affected by construction delays.
Regarding the Consumption, Commerce, and Restaurant Vouchers, they will be accessible across the five districts of the city.
What’s the Price Tag on the Consumer Vouchers?
On this occasion, the City Council of the capital will subsidise 40% of the Commerce, Restaurant and Consumption Vouchers (€10), and 75% of those for Calle La Rosa and its vicinity, equating to €18.75.
Consequently, the Commerce and Restaurant Consumption Voucher can be obtained for €15, allowing purchases worth €25. Meanwhile, the La Rosa Consumption Voucher can be purchased for €6.25, enabling €25 worth of purchases.
What are the Limits and Terms?
Each individual can purchase a maximum of 4 vouchers per type, meaning 4 of the Commerce and Restaurant Consumption Voucher and 4 of the La Rosa Consumption Voucher.
For the Commerce, Restaurant, and Consumption Vouchers, they can only be utilised in the designated area of purchase. For example, a Voucher acquired for the Ofra-Costa Sur district is only valid in the businesses within that region.
Participating establishments accepting the Commerce and Restaurant Consumption Voucher will have a cap on billing at €4,000, while La Rosa Street establishments will have a limit of €6,000 per establishment.
It is mandatory to present your ID when redeeming vouchers at the establishments. Additionally, following each purchase, a confirmation email with the remaining balance will be sent to your email address.
Where Can You Secure Your Consumption Vouchers?
The Santa Cruz Consumption Vouchers will be up for sale from June 13 on the website www.bonoconsumosantacruz.com, and they can be utilised until November 15.
Businesses interested in participating in the scheme can enrol from this Wednesday, May 29, until November 15, the campaign’s closing date, on the website.
Furthermore, the campaign administrator, FAUCA, will handle any queries via email at [email protected] or via telephone numbers 675 633 988 and/or 653 818 784.
The updated billing limits for each establishment will be displayed on the website, along with the business description, contact number, and location information, ensuring users can access a comprehensive list of establishments where they can redeem their vouchers.
