“After slowly drinking a bottle of wine, our food never arrived! Therefore, we cannot comment on the food. We waited for hours, paid for the wine, and left,” explains a user on the review website Tripadvisor, who visited a restaurant in the south of Tenerife and was not very pleased with the experience.
Another customer mentioned that the restaurant has recently changed owners and that the food is not the same as before. The waiters “need more experience” and the “former chef should return” for the place to regain its former glory. The user claims to be a regular at the establishment but it may “change” if they don’t solve their problems.
This last customer is not the only diner complaining about the restaurant’s change in direction. Another reports on the difference in flavors found in many dishes compared to previous years, something that they find “disappointing”. “The pasta wasn’t as spicy as usual and the steak was tough.” Additionally, many complain about the same issue as the first user: the delay.
