The Association for the Promotion of Training (Afedes) provides support to over 60 families in vulnerable situations every week through its Food Bank. This initiative is backed by the Dinosol Foundation, under its project “Food with life,” and the Food Bank of Tenerife (Bancoteide), with support from public and private entities.
This non-profit private organization aims to provide a comprehensive and quality service through training, information, employment, and business advisory services. With the support of volunteers and the association’s team, their food bank supplies products suitable for consumption but not for commercial purposes, while also distributing essential non-perishable food items monthly.
