A month dedicated to promoting wines, gastronomy and local commerce

The mayor of Santaursulero, Juan Acosta (AISU), explains that this novel proposal is being promoted to “give a new boost to the local economy after a year and a half as complex as the one we have experienced. Santa Úrsula is well known for its wide range of restaurants and for its excellent wines, a combination that is a real attraction for residents, visitors and tourists. With this initiative we not only intend accelerate and promote the recovery of the wine and catering sectors, but to contribute activity and income to the commercial sector, attracting more public to our stores and establishments, thus achieving a more extensive dynamization ”.

The councilor responsible for the area of ​​Commerce, Elisa Hernández (AISU), adds that “each establishment will offer a different culinary proposal and has set a joint price for the plate and the glass of wine. This price varies from one restaurant to another because it depends on the raw material used in each recipe. In addition, the options are also different, since there are main dishes, starters or snacks. In the same way, the wines offered are not the same in each location».

People who have consumed the dishes contemplated within Santa Úrsula. November fusion in green will also be able to benefit from the offers and discounts offered by the more than 40 local businesses adhering to the campaign. “To do this, they only need to present proof of their drinks”, clarifies Elisa Hernández. “There are establishments of all kinds that participate, in areas such as hairdressing, fashion, computing, floristry, bazaar, hardware store, bookstores and opticians, among others. Each business offers different promotions and these can vary every day.

Citizen participation

This initiative of Santa Úrsula Town Hall It also offers the public the possibility of voting for the best dish of the campaign in its two modalities: restaurants and cafeterias. Participants will be able to choose their favorite culinary proposal through the application created specifically to inform about participating commercial and restaurant establishments and other details of Santa Úrsula. November melting into green. The people who cast their vote may also participate in the different product raffles that will be held weekly throughout the month of November.
