A gentleman in critical condition following a motorbike accident in Tenerife

SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE, 28th April. (EUROPA PRESS) –

A 30-year-old gentleman sustained severe injuries after being involved in a motorbike crash this past Saturday on the Autopista del Sur (TF-1), in the Parque La Reina vicinity, within the municipality of Arona, as communicated by the Coordinating Center. of Emergencies and Security (Cecoes) 1-1-2.

The incident took place approximately at 11:20 p.m., when 1-1-2 was alerted that a motorcyclist required medical attention following a traffic collision on the TF-1, travelling towards Santa Cruz. Subsequently, Cecoes promptly mobilised the essential emergency resources.

Upon arrival, SUC personnel evaluated and aided the motorcyclist who, after stabilisation, was transported in a critical condition by medical ambulance to the Ntra. Sra. de Candelaria University Hospital. The Civil Guard conducted the necessary report while the Road Maintenance Service team carried out road cleaning operations.
