Cloudy intervals will continue to dominate the weather in the Canary Islands this Monday, 22nd of April. There is no rain expected, temperatures will remain unchanged, and there will be moderate winds, as reported by the State Meteorological Agency (Aemet).

The minimum temperature will be 19 degrees in the two capital cities of the Archipelago, while the maximum will reach 23 in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria and 25 in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, according to the forecast, which details that the wind is expected from the northeast.

Similarly, the wind will blow from the northeast in the waters of the Canary Islands, where its strength will range between 3 and 5 and there will be light to moderate rough seas in general, with a northern swell of up to 1 meter.

GRAN CANARIA

Cloudy intervals, with a low chance of weak and scattered rain on the northeast slope during the first half of the day. Temperatures will remain mostly unchanged. Moderate winds from the northeast.

Forecasted minimum and maximum temperatures (°C): Puerto del Rosario 18 23

TENERIFE

Cloudy intervals, becoming cloudy in the south during the afternoon. Low chance of weak and scattered rain, especially in the northeast during the first half of the day and in areas of the southern interior during the afternoon. Temperatures will remain mostly unchanged. Light to moderate winds from the northeast. In central peaks, light and variable winds.
