The 18th of April was not just a date to celebrate the reopening of Encuentro’s store in Arrecife, but also to mark its relocation to a new and improved premises on the same street León y Castillo, number 11. This significant change represents not only a restyling of the store under the new store concept but also an enhancement in terms of space and design.

A redesigned space that reflects the Canarian soul

The new premises, occupying a transparent space of 250 square meters, maximizes natural light thanks to its large windows. This design not only turns the space into a more welcoming and “homely” environment for customers but also conveys the freshness and naturalness that characterizes the new image of Encuentro. Natural and native materials, such as wood and volcanic stone, adorn the interior, while decorative details celebrate the rich local craftsmanship.

A night of celebration with prominent figures

The opening ceremony was a notable occasion with the presence of key figures from both the local and business fields. Raúl Méndez, founder of Grupo Encuentro Modas, and Gonzalo de Lorenzo, CEO of the group, led the celebration. They were joined by important authorities such as the mayor of Arrecife, Yonathan de León, and the vice-president of Canarias, Manuel Domínguez. The atmosphere was lively with music by DJ Ángel Pérez and the presence of local influencers like Ceci Wallace, Cristina Guedes, and Laura Ramírez, adding a modern and stylish touch to the event.

The opening at number 11 León y Castillo Street symbolizes not only a change of location but also the reaffirmation of Encuentro’s commitment to its customers and to fashion that celebrates femininity, comfort, and a connection with the Canarian nature. This event emphasizes how fashion and space can intertwine to create memorable and meaningful experiences.
