SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE, 10th April (EUROPA PRESS) –

CaixaBank has unveiled its avant-garde ‘all-in-one’ center in Tenerife located at Plaza del Patriotismo in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, marking the inauguration of the first of its kind in the Canary Islands and the ninth across Spain.

The ribbon-cutting ceremony was headed by Manuel Afonso, the territorial director of CaixaBank in the Canary Islands. The event was graced by the presence of the mayor of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, José Manuel Bermúdez, and the deputy minister of Economy and Internationalization of the Government of the Canary Islands, Gustavo González de Vega. Also in attendance were representatives from various social and business sectors, along with other executives from the financial institution, including Lisbeth Gutiérrez, director of ‘all in one’ Tenerife, and Miguel Ángel García, commercial director of CaixaBank’s network in the province of Tenerife.

According to the territorial director of CaixaBank in the Canary Islands, “this new financial services centre underscores the entity’s dedication to all clients on the islands and symbolises a drive towards innovation in the physical branch network.”

He emphasized that in this innovative project, “we have fused design, technology, and customer insights to craft an entirely unique service model.”

As part of the official launch, more than 200 clients from various business segments of the entity participated, enjoying a culinary experience by the chef of the ‘Silbo Gomero’ restaurant, Braulio Simancas, and live music by Trio Jazz Tropical.

Spanning over 2,600 square meters, the Tenerife ‘all in one’ centre, which commenced operations in February, encompasses all facets of design, technology, and specialised attention, establishing a new benchmark for a distinctive financial service experience in Europe. This pioneering concept was created by CaixaBank to transform client visits into exceptional and unique moments.

Situated at the heart of the CaixaBank headquarters in Plaza del Patriotismo in Tenerife, a property renowned for its geometric designs that have maintained its avant-garde architectural charm over the years, the entity stated in a press release.

Noteworthy is its capacity to cater to all of CaixaBank’s business segments, serving both individual clients and professionals, with a team of 77 dedicated personnel.

The ground floor features areas for private clients, alongside the Business Store and micro-businesses.

Ascending to the first floor, one will find the Premier Store and the Private Banking Center, along with a specific section for Wealth clients. The third floor houses the Business Banking Center, the SMEs Store, and the Institutions Center.

PERSONALIZED SERVICE

The service provision includes dedicated areas tailored for each client group, over 22 private meeting rooms, and cutting-edge technology such as state-of-the-art ATMs and Spain’s largest surround screen in any ‘all-in-one’ facility, spanning 85 square meters projecting specially curated content.

Additionally, there is an advanced self-check-in system facilitating quick client identification and timely notification of their manager’s arrival.

CaixaBank’s ‘all-in-one’ centres are multi-client offices integrating specialists across all segments, enabling an enriched experience for clients. Beyond this, they are intricately designed to unite the shared values of the financial institution with the local community.

In Tenerife, this synergy is manifested in a contemporary space where technology converges with the region’s culture, traditions, and diversity, serving as inspiration and an architectural motif.

This ethos is portrayed through handcrafted basketry lights showcasing the archipelago’s diversity, leading to the grand skylight crafted by José Luis Toribio crowning the first floor.

‘all-in-one’ Tenerife embodies a significant evolution in the financial client experience.

To deliver exemplary service, a range of professional roles has been established to proactively guide and assist clients, promptly addressing their queries and coordinating across various segments.

APPOINTMENTS

Upon scheduling a meeting with their manager, clients receive alerts and notifications on their mobile devices to remind them of the appointment, enabling them to confirm or reschedule as required.

Utilising the ‘CaixaBankNow’ app, clients can view their manager’s real-time agenda and select a suitable slot.

Clients arriving for their appointment at the ‘all-in-one’ need not wait in line to inform their manager. By notifying their arrival via mobile, their assigned contact will promptly greet them.

The integration of design and technology at ‘all-in-one’ creates a distinctive visit experience for clients.

Immersive screens display natural scenery, complemented by a curated musical ambiance and bespoke fragrances, evoking an ‘urban oasis’ atmosphere.

Furthermore, the spatial layout caters to private meeting rooms for managers and clients, along with reserved areas for relaxed discussions prior to meetings.

Additionally, clients have access to ‘CaixaBank Talks’, an online platform offering a diverse range of workshops, presentations, and events on various topics of interest organised by CaixaBank.

The Tenerife ‘all-in-one’ centre welcomes visitors continuously from 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Monday to Thursday and from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on Fridays, from September until June.
