SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE, Nov. 10 (EUROPA PRESS) –
Metrotenerife, a company attached to the Cabildo, will modify the service of Line 1 this Sunday the 14th on the occasion of the celebration of the International Marathon of Santa Cruz de Tenerife. That is why during the sports event, from 08:00 to 12:20 approximately, Line 1 will only be operational between the La Paz-La Trinidad stops, maintaining its usual weekend frequencies.
Therefore, La Paz will be the final stop of Line 1 in Santa Cruz on the morning of Sunday 14, so the Weyler, Teatro Guimerá, Fundación and Intercambiador stations will remain out of service. The tram will resume circulation in the entirety of Line 1 when so indicated by the Local Police of Santa Cruz after the conclusion of the marathon scheduled around 12.20 hours.
Metrotenerife will adopt this measure to guarantee the tram service during the aforementioned marathon and will inform about it on its social networks, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter (@tranviatenerife), as well as on the day of the race at the network stops .
