Taking into account the data disaggregated by islands, Tenerife added 90 clinical pictures to its statistics, 46.3% of the total; Gran Canaria 66; Lanzarote 18; Fuerteventura 17; and La Gomera three. On the contrary, El Hierro and La Palma did not register new detections of the pathogen.

In the course of 24 hours after the last balance, 106 epidemiological discharges were issued. With these, there are already 95,747 patients who have managed to free themselves from the disease.

As for active cases, it must be said that they experienced a growth of 6.4% with respect to the previous day, as the Ministry estimated 1,446 people affected by the microorganism -87 more- this Tuesday. Most are in Tenerife, where 664 patients suffer from the disease. Gran Canaria follows, with 571; Fuerteventura, with 104; Lanzarote, with 65; La Palma, with 26; La Gomera, with 15; and El Hierro, with one.

Since the beginning of the health crisis, professionals have performed 2,284,383 diagnostic tests, of which 4,434 were practiced on Monday –2,364 more than last Sunday. In the last seven days, 1,070 positive samples have been detected out of a total of 26,343 –3.96% -.

Regarding the cumulative incidence in the last seven and 14 days, it must be said that the first is located at 37.91 cases per 100,000 inhabitants and the second at 64.62 tables on the same population count. These indicators marked 25.05 cases and 52.12, respectively last Tuesday, November 2. The records show, therefore, that the accumulated to seven days view has increased 12.86 points and that of the last 14 days 12.5.

15 more patients on the ward

Over the course of 24 hours, the number of people with Covid-19 who remain admitted to the ward increased by 15. In fact, in the Archipelago hospitals there are already 133 patients suffering from the SARS-CoV-2 infection occupying a bed of treble. However, the number of patients admitted to critical care areas remained unchanged, which is why it remains at 20. Gran Canaria is the island that supports the greatest healthcare pressure in intensive care units, as it has 12 patients compared to six that Tenerife computes. The same does not happen with the situation in the plant, since in this sense it is the latter that concentrates the largest number of patients –76 compared to the 50 that the neighboring island has–. The count of admitted to both sanitary spaces has increased by 75 in seven days.
