Metrotenerife, the transportation company of the Tenerife Island Council, has reminded in a press release that during this Easter period, the trams on Line 1 will be running without interruptions starting from Wednesday morning until midnight on Sunday, the 31st.

Additionally, the frequency of trams on Thursday and Good Friday will be every 12, 15, and 20 minutes; night services will also operate from Wednesday to Sunday with trams arriving every 20 and 30 minutes. The regular tram schedule will resume over the weekend, as mentioned by the company.

Route Alterations for Religious Processions

Metrotenerife has also stated that, like in previous years, due to the religious processions in the Santa Cruz de Tenerife urban area, there will be occasional interruptions in the Line 1 service. These temporary disruptions will be coordinated with the Local Police.
