Four individuals injured in a head-on crash in Tenerife


Four individuals sustained injuries of varying severity following a head-on collision between two cars in La Laguna, Tenerife, according to reports from the Emergency and Security Coordinating Center 1-1-2 of the Canary Islands.

The incident took place on Wednesday afternoon on the TF-13 road near Punta del Hidalgo in La Laguna. Canarian Emergency Service (SUC) personnel on site found a man with initial lower limb trauma and a moderately severe open wound on his upper limb, who was then transferred to Parque Clinic.

Additionally, SUC staff attended to a 26-year-old woman with moderate injuries, who was transported by ambulance to San Juan de Dios Hospital. An 82-year-old woman with minor chest trauma was also taken to the same hospital.

Another woman, experiencing mild chest pain at the time of assistance, was transferred to Parque Clinic by ambulance.

Firefighters from Tenerife were present at the scene to secure the vehicles and cooperate with the emergency services. The local police officers conducted the necessary investigations.
