It seems not everyone grasps the importance of closures in natural areas.
A few weeks ago, an image circulated showing several people disregarding the trail closures for walks, an X social media user has now reported how at least three individuals are ignoring the closure of Los Patos Beach, in La Orotava.
In one of the pictures @CarmenPestano posted on her account, two girls can be seen skipping the fence and standing in the middle of the access stairs; while in the other, a man is crouched, on another section of the stairs, cooking with a camping stove.

It is important to note that access to this beach is closed due to risk of landslides, so these individuals, besides breaking the rules, are putting their lives in danger.
