Mark your calendars for April 18 to 21 when the Tenerife Fairgrounds will play host to ‘Home Renewal 2024’, an innovative fair aimed at boosting sales and aiding companies in the field of home renovation.
This inaugural edition will feature an impressive 12,000 square meters of exhibition space, housing 130 stands, all accessible to visitors free of charge.
Attendees can expect to find a comprehensive range of offerings including enclosures and awnings, painting services, swimming pool installations, kitchen and bathroom renovations, flooring solutions, gardening services, automation systems for doors, aluminium and glass products, furniture and décor options, home automation technologies, solar panels, water purification systems, prefabricated housing solutions, security services, real estate agencies, as well as experts like surveyors, architects, and independent professionals who can provide guidance and assist in project financing.
‘Home Renewal 2024’ aims to cater to customers seeking the ease of accessing information, comparing options, and engaging suppliers vital for their projects all in one convenient location.
The unveiling of this fair was graced by the presence of Fairgrounds Vice President and Industry Minister, Manuel Fernández, alongside Fepeco President, Óscar Izquierdo, who praised the initiative as “a unique platform in the Canary Islands where construction companies can showcase cutting-edge services, pioneering technologies, and innovative products.”
‘Home Renewal’ is being jointly organised by the Cabildo of Tenerife and the Fair Institution of the island, with support from the Provincial Federation of Construction Entities of Santa Cruz de Tenerife (FEPECO).
