The 9th edition of PHE Festival, scheduled for August 23 to 24 in Puerto de la Cruz, has announced its first confirmations. Among them are the unconventional American group!!! (Chk, Chk, Chk) and a lineup of prominent national bands such as León Benavente, Shego, and Camellos.
The festival organization has confirmed seven acts so far, including Pimp Flaco, La Paloma, and Repion, as stated in a press release.
As customary, the festival’s side events will feature a variety of activities, including Urban Sports exhibitions featuring skateboarding, BMX, and related disciplines, Summer Camp workshops, outdoor practices, and the traditional PHE Yoga gathering, as well as a collective exhibition of emerging artists at PHE Gallery.
The organizers have revealed their plans to announce two other “renowned” acts in the near future, in addition to several national performers who will be making their debut live in Tenerife.
With a 25-year career on stage, the Californian band!!! (Chk, Chk, Chk) continues to receive top reviews for their live shows, leading an eclectic and provocative dance punk style.
León Benavente will be returning to the PHE Festival lineup, following their performance in 2017, alongside Triángulo de Amor Bizarro, which had its second experience in Puerto de la Cruz in a limited edition due to the covid-19 pandemic.
A crucial national indie rock band, León Benavente has just completed their 10-year anniversary tour, with sold-out shows in all the venues they visited.
