SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE, Oct 31 (EUROPA PRESS) –
The Canary Islands have registered 55 new cases of COVID-19 in the last 24 hours, so the total accumulated cases is already 97,200 with 1,058 active, of which 14 are admitted to the ICU and 85 remain hospitalized. Likewise, in the last few hours there has been no death in the Canary Islands linked to the coronavirus.
The Accumulated Incidence at 7 days in the Canary Islands stands at 26.06 cases per 100,000 inhabitants and at 14 days at 50.97 cases per 100,000 inhabitants. To date, a total of 2,252,979 diagnostic tests have been carried out in the Islands, of which 2,843 correspond to yesterday.
By islands, Tenerife today adds 22 cases with a total of 46,413 accumulated cases and 484 epidemiologically active cases; Gran Canaria has 37,097 accumulated cases, 25 more than the previous day and 406 active. Lanzarote adds four new cases with 7,090 accumulated and 64 epidemiologically active; Fuerteventura does not add new cases, it has 4,589 accumulated cases and 77 active ones.
La Palma reports two new cases, it has 1,131 accumulated and 18 active, while El Hierro does not register new cases, it has 468 accumulated and two active. La Gomera, which reports two new positives, has 411 accumulated and its assets are seven.
