He Los Realejos Town Hallthrough the Departments of Transport and Mobility and Commerce and Local Development, has launched the ‘Camel Taxi’ as an initiative to forget about looking for parking, and to mobilize the population through the five commercial areas of the municipality through free taxis.

From the December 23th to the January 5from 9:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 4:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., vehicles with a municipal taxi license that have the blue ‘Camello Taxi’ sticker on the hood will be taking residents on a tour of the shops, as a proposal to encourage local shopping this holiday season.

The route begins in Icod el Alto, passes through La Cruz Santa, Realejo Alto, San Agustín and ends in Toscal-Longuera. It is a shared and completely free service, which brings potential customers closer to the municipality’s ‘Shops with a heart’.

A service that you can find at the main taxi ranks in Los Realejos.
