The number 88,008 has been awarded with the Gordo, the first prize of the Extraordinary Christmas Lottery Draw, endowed with 4,000,000 euros for the series and which has been distributed throughout the islands of Tenerife, Fuerteventura, Lanzarote, Gran Canaria and El Hierro , in this case for the first time and with two tenths.
In total, just over fifty tenths have been sold, leaving a total of 20.4 million euros in the islands.
Specifically, they have been sold in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Puerto del Carmen (Lanzarote); six at the ‘Lucky Gas Station’ in Granadilla; Arucas (Gran Canaria) Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Gáldar (Gran Canaria), Pájara (Fuerteventura), La Laguna (Tenerife), Antigua (Fuerteventura), Arguineguín (Gran Canaria), Santa Lucía de Tirajana (Gran Canaria), Tahíche (Lanzarote) ), Teror (Gran Canaria), Tunte (Gran Canaria), Valleseco (Gran Canaria), Yaiza (Lanzarote), Los Realejos (Tenerife), Güímar (Tenerife).
It is a very distributed ‘Gordo’, especially in Madrid capital, where in administration number 205 (Avenida Monforte de Lemos, 119) they had 50 series. But it has also reached Jaén, whose administration number 6 had 20 series; and in Seville, Écija, with 15 series, Dos Hermanas, with 7, and Sevilla, with 5.1 series. In Vilamarxant (Valencia) they had 10 series; and in Ciutadella de Menorca (Balearic Islands), they had 4.9 series.
Other pinches have fallen in other administrations of these same provinces and of the Balearic Islands, Murcia, A Coruña, Barcelona, Cáceres, Tarragona, Toledo, Las Palmas, Granada, Zaragoza, Salamanca, Granada, Balearic Islands, Lérida, Seville, Teruel, Alicante, Guipuzcoa , Castellón, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Ávila, Badajoz, Almería, Navarra, Lugo, Málaga, Pontevedra, Zaragoza, Albacete, Asturias, Cádiz, Ciudad Real, Córdoba, Gerona, Guadalajara, Huelva, Ourense, Palencia, Soria, Valladolid, Vizcaya and Zamora.
The number was sung at 1:16 p.m. on the eighth wire of the ninth table and was the most lazy in history.

This 2023 Christmas Lottery Extraordinary Draw distributes a total of 2,590 million euros in prizes this Friday, December 22, which is 70 million more than last year. 185 million tenths have been put into circulation, five million more than the previous year. Thus, the issue amounts to 185 series of 100,000 issues each and 3.7 billion euros, 100 million more, of which 70 percent will be distributed in prizes.
In any case, the amount of the prizes is maintained: the Christmas ‘Gordo’ or first prize, is 4,000,000 euros for the series (400,000 euros for the tenth); the second prize, 1,250,000 euros for the series (125,000 euros for the tenth); or the third, 500,000 euros for the series (50,000 euros for the tenth).
The prizes will begin to be paid on the afternoon of December 22, when both the verifications of the numbers drawn and the computer processes are completed, as usual, and until March 22, 2024.
If the prizes are less than 2,000 euros for each tenth or receipt, they can be collected exclusively at one of the 10,902 points of sale in the Lottery commercial network. The prize can be collected in cash or through Bizum.
For their part, prizes of an amount equal to or greater than 2,000 euros will be collected from authorized financial entities: BBVA and Caixabank.
