The haze that affects Canary Islands will tend to subside this Thursday afternoon, as expected by the Aemet.

At sea there will be east or northeast 4 or 5 increasing to 6 offshore on the north and south coasts as the afternoon progresses. Swell increasing to strong swell offshore on the north and south coast as the afternoon progresses, with strong swell becoming widespread offshore as early morning advances. Northwest swell of 1 to 2 meters.

PREDICTION BY ISLANDS FOR THIS THURSDAY:

Little cloudy or clear with intervals of high clouds in the afternoon. Light haze during the early morning. Maximum temperatures in moderate decline; minimal with few changes. Moderate northeast wind, with strong intervals in the west and inland areas during the first half of the day.

FORECAST MINIMUM AND MAXIMUM TEMPERATURES (°C): Reef 18 23

Little cloudy or clear with some intervals of low clouds in the morning on the eastern slope, as well as high clouds in the afternoon. Light haze during the early morning. Maximum temperatures in moderate decline; minimal with few changes. Northeast wind with probable strong gusts on the western slope during the first half of the day.

FORECAST MINIMUM AND MAXIMUM TEMPERATURES (°C): Puerto del Rosario 18 22

Intervals of high clouds in general, with intervals of low clouds in the northeast and east where there will be little probability of some weak and isolated rain. Calima during the first half of the day. Temperatures in slight to moderate decrease, mainly in the maximums. Moderate wind with an easterly component, with intervals of greater intensity on the southern and northwest slopes where locally strong gusts are not ruled out, especially during the first half of the day.

FORECAST MINIMUM AND MAXIMUM TEMPERATURES (°C): The Gran Canarian palms 18 22

Intervals of high clouds in general, with intervals of low clouds on the east and northeast slopes where there will be a low probability of some weak and isolated rain in the afternoon. Calima during the first half of the day. Temperatures with few changes or a slight decrease, more pronounced in the maximums on the eastern slope and in the northeast of the island. Moderate wind with an easterly component, with intervals of greater intensity on the southeastern slope and the Acentejo region, where some locally very strong gusts are not ruled out, especially during the first half of the day.

FORECAST MINIMUM AND MAXIMUM TEMPERATURES (°C): Santa Cruz de Tenerife 18 23

Intervals of high clouds in general, with intervals of low clouds on the northern slope in the afternoon where there will be a low probability of some weak and isolated rain. Calima, subsiding in the afternoon. Temperatures unchanged or slightly decreasing, especially maximum temperatures. Moderate northeast wind on the north and northwest slopes; light wind with the east component predominating in the rest.

FORECAST MINIMUM AND MAXIMUM TEMPERATURES (°C): San Sebastián de La Gomera 18 24

Intervals of high clouds in general, with intervals of low clouds on the eastern slope where there will be a low probability of weak and occasional rains in the afternoon. Light haze, more significant in the midlands and subsiding in the afternoon. Temperatures with few changes. Moderate wind with an easterly component, with intervals of greater intensity on the southeast and northwest slopes, as well as in the El Paso area, where locally very strong gusts are not ruled out, mainly during the first half of the day.

Intervals of high clouds in general, with intervals of low clouds on the north and east slopes in the afternoon. Calima, subsiding in the afternoon. Temperatures with few changes. Moderate wind with an easterly component, with intervals of greater intensity on summits and slopes facing west where some locally very strong gusts are not ruled out, mainly during the first half of the day.
