Next Saturday, December 2, the public square of Puerto de Santiago will host the 12th edition of the Tapas & Wines event “Un Acantilado de Sabores 2023”, which will feature the celebration of the traditional “Tapas & Wines” event starting at 6:00 p.m. :00H. and that, on this occasion, a total of 11 restaurants and 11 wineries will participate.
The project in which different entities participate has a subsidy from the Cabildo of Tenerife aimed at financing Commercial Revitalization actions in urban centers on the island of Tenerife, year 2023.
In addition, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., said public space will host a “SDT Cooking Show: Tuna Point”, in which tuna will be the main protagonist and which will have a gastronomic space dedicated to children. with the development of the children’s cooking workshops “Under the Sea” and “Marine Animals”.
Thus, the establishments participating in this gastronomic exhibition are: La Quinta Restaurant, Flor del Drago Restaurant, Pejeverde Los Gigantes Restaurant, Pancho Restaurant – led by sommelier Mario Rodríguez, who will lead a tasting of the “Barlia de Santiago del Teide” wine. – and finally, the closing of said initiative will come from the hand of the president of Acyre Canarias, chef Pablo Pastor.
