The State Meteorological Agency (Aemet) forecast for this Friday cloudy intervals in the north of the islands of greater relief, predominandor slightly cloudy skies in central hourson a day in which they expect temperatures slightly risingmainly from the maximums in high areas of Canary Islands.

The wind will blow light to moderate from the northeastmore intense on the southeast and northwest slopes, while on the summits it will be weak to moderate in its eastern component.

The northeast wind will decrease in intensity compared to previous days, points out the Aemet delegation in the Canary Islands. However, occasional gusts of around 60 kilometers per hour will still be likely in areas usually exposed to the trade wind on the islands of Tenerife, La Gomera and Gran Canaria, especially during the first half of the day.

Regarding the state of the sea, the wind will blow from the northeast with force 4 to 6 on the Canary coast, with strong seas that, at times, may subside to rough seas. Bottom sea with a northern component of 1 to 2 meters high, reports Efe.

LANZAROTE

Little cloudy or clear, except for some cloudy intervals in the north in the afternoon. Temperatures with few changes or slightly rising. Moderate wind from the northeast, somewhat more intense occasionally in the interior.

FUERTEVENTURA

Predominance of slightly cloudy or clear skies. Temperatures with few changes or slightly rising. Moderate wind from the northeast, somewhat more intense occasionally in the southeast and the west coast.

GRAN CANARIA

Cloudy intervals in low areas of the north, being more compact in the early and late hours of the day. In the rest, a bit cloudy or clear. Temperatures with few changes or a slight rise, mainly the maximum in high areas, where it is not ruled out that it will be more pronounced locally. Moderate wind from the northeast, more intense on the southeast and northwest slopes, and at the western tip, where there may be occasional strong intervals. On summits, light to moderate wind from the east. Breezes on the southwest coast.

Light to moderate wind from the northeast, more intense on the east and northwest slopes, where there may be occasional strong intervals. On the summits it will weaken, with light to moderate easterly winds. Breezes on the southwest coast.

Temperatures with few changes or a slight rise, mainly the maximums in high areas. Light to moderate wind from the northeast, more intense in the extreme southeast and northwest, where occasional strong intervals may occur. On summits, light to moderate wind from the east. Breezes on the west coast.
