SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE, Nov. 8 (EUROPA PRESS) –
Two minors have been moderately injured after being run over in Santa Cruz de Tenerife and Puerto de la Cruz, as reported by the Emergency and Security Coordinating Center (Cecoes) 1-1-2.
One of the incidents occurred around 2:45 p.m., when the 1-1-2 operational room received an alert reporting the collision of a ten-year-old child on General Ramos Serrano Street, in Santa Cruz.
Apparently, as reported by the Santa Cruz Local Police, the minor was injured after a vehicle collided with the car he was getting out of in the Las Ramblas area, which had to be cut off to traffic.
The SUC health personnel provided initial care to the injured man and transferred him to the Nuestra Sra. de Candelaria University Hospital due to moderate multiple contusions.
Once there, the SUC health personnel assessed and assisted the minor who was then transferred to a hospital in a medical ambulance due to moderate trauma to his upper limb. The Local Police regulated traffic in the area and instructed the corresponding procedures.
