Santa Cruz adds 22 new parking spaces on Buenaventura Bonet Street

The Santa Cruz de Tenerife City Council has expanded the parking spaces on Buenaventura Bonnet Street, in the vicinity of Las Indias Park, in the Salud-La Salle district, to 71, which until now had 49 spaces. Some expansion works, which were carried out in one month, and which had a budget of 9,758.24 euros. The work finished early this Monday, at which time it was opened to the public.

The mayor of Santa Cruz, José Manuel Bermúdez, recalls that “the City Council is constantly working to improve roads and parking areas in the five districts, with the aim of providing residents with a higher quality of life, as well as to merchants, thereby contributing to the growth of the economy.”

The Councilor for Public Services, Carlos Tarife, praises “the speed with which these works have been carried out, which has allowed this city parking lot located in the upper part of Las Indias Park to be expanded to 71 spaces.”

For her part, the district councilor, Zaida González, is satisfied that “the residents of Salud-La Salle now have these new parking spaces that they have been demanding for a long time, which will help minimize space problems and decongest traffic. from this area of ​​the capital.”
