SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE, Oct. 25 (EUROPA PRESS) –
The Cabildo of Tenerife will invest more than one million euros in the improvement of the agricultural road of La Cumbrita, in Guía de Isora, and the conditioning of the Finca Las Llanadas, in Los Realejos.
The decision was adopted in the session by the Government Council held this Wednesday.
In the case of the improvement of Finca Las Llanadas, the investment amounts to approximately 457,000 euros, and the work has a completion period of 12 months.
For its part, the action on the La Cumbrita agricultural road has a budget that exceeds 601,000 euros and has an execution period of 10 months, according to a note from the corporation.
The Government Council, within the area of Territorial Planning, Landscape and Historical Heritage, also approved the awarding of the works for the Finca Escuder Park project in the municipality of La Laguna.
The work has a budget of 1.2 million euros and has been awarded to the company Ecocivil Electromur GE, SL and has a completion period of seven months.
Within the area of Natural Environment, Sustainability and Security and Emergencies, the order was approved for the company Gesplan to carry out the service of developing forestry educational workshops in the 2023-2024 school year for an amount of approximately 183,000 euros.
The object is the execution of a service for the revitalization of forestry workshops in educational centers and excursions to Protected Natural Spaces that complement them.
In addition, the order to the company Tragsa was approved, for an amount of approximately 483,000 euros, for the installation of photovoltaic generators in various buildings in the Teide National Park located between Portillo Bajo and Portillo Alto, as well as implementation of the microgrid that manages them, using the already existing low voltage distribution network.
On the other hand, the Government Council approved the protocol between the Cabildo and the University of La Laguna (ULL) for the development of measures to improve mobility on the island.
In the area of Sports, the Government Council approved the inter-administrative agreement with the Guía de Isora City Council for the execution of actions within the Tenerife Sports Infrastructure Plan 2022-2026 for an amount greater than 131,000 euros for the improvement of the skate park, Alcalá and the basketball court on the promenade.
