SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE, Oct. 14 (EUROPA PRESS) –
Four people have required medical assistance after being run over by a vehicle when they were on a terrace on the San Sebastián de La Gomera dock, as reported by the Emergency and Security Coordinating Center (Cecoes) 1-1-2.
Those affected are a man and a woman aged 25 and 29, who at the initial time of assistance presented various moderate traumas, and a 53-year-old woman and a girl under 16 who each suffered anxiety attacks.
The event occurred minutes before six in the afternoon, when the 1-1-2 operational room received an alert reporting that a vehicle had lost control and had hit the terrace of a bar where several customers They were run over.
Cecoes immediately activated emergency resources to intervene in the area and a basic life support ambulance and another medical ambulance from the Canary Islands Emergency Service (SUC), Civil Guard and Port Authority went to the scene.
Once there, the SUC health personnel assisted the injured and transferred them to the Hospital Nuestra Señora de Guadalupe. The Civil Guard was in charge of the corresponding procedures and the Port Authority collaborated with the emergency services.
