The Provincial Prosecutor’s Office of Santa Cruz de Tenerife requests a five-year prison sentence for a man for head-butting his brother twice in the middle of the street, in the municipality of La Laguna, following an argument.
The indictment states that the victim suffered facial trauma with a jaw contusion and the loss of a tooth, and by court order, the alleged aggressor was already prohibited from communicating with his brother and getting closer than 300 meters.
The Prosecutor’s Office considers that the facts constitute a crime of aggravated injuries and also requests compensation of 1,051 euros plus the amount determined, by sentence, for the dental treatment required after the attack.
The trial will be held this Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. at the Provincial Court of Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
